ZRICI Postdoctoral Workstation always sticks to the Scientific Outlook on Development, carries out the strategy to develop China by science and education, strengthen China by talents, improves the systems, expands the scale steadily. We pay attention to quality, train innovative talents, speed up training a multidisciplinary postdoctoral team with independent innovation capacity, to provide personnel support for building an innovative enterprise.
At present, our company’s post-doctoral management has formed a pattern, led by the HR Department, coordinated by the Scientific Research Management Department, trained by each research institute. We also strengthen our service system construction, improve our ways of training and aiding post-doctoral researchers, build talent housing, allowance and other welfare guarantee systems, post-doctoral performance assessment and incentive mechanisms, to improve post-doctoral training quality, realize postdoctoral management institutionalization and standardization, promote the post-doctoral workstation’s steady and healthy development.
Since its establishment, ZRICI Postdoctoral Workstation has trained 7 post-doctors respectively with Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Technology. At present, 4 of them still engage in scientific research at ZRICI after they left the workstation.
ZRICI Postdoctoral Workstation has undertaken 9 scientific research projects, among which 1 got the 2nd-grade grant from the 45th China Post-doctoral Science Fund, 1 got the 1st-grade grant from Zhejiang Post-doctoral Scientific Research Selection and 2 got the 2nd-grade grant from Zhejiang Post-doctoral Scientific Research Selection. The workstation holds 10 patents for inventions, including a PCT patent. It has published 14 papers, including 3 in the SCI.
